Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following personal information for Service provision.

Required:

  • Social login information (email, name, profile image)
  • Service usage records, access logs

Optional:

  • Pet information (name, breed, date of birth, health records)
  • Profile photos
  • Pet registration information (owner name, registration number)

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes.

  1. Member management: identity verification, registration confirmation, prevention of fraudulent use
  2. Service provision: pet health record management, personalized information, community services
  3. Service improvement: usage statistics analysis, new service development
  4. Marketing (with consent): see Article 10 for details

Article 3 (Retention Period)

  1. Personal information is destroyed immediately upon account withdrawal in principle.
  2. When retention is required by law, information is stored for the specified period.
    • Records related to contracts or withdrawal: 5 years
    • Records related to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years
    • Access logs: 3 months

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Company does not provide Users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.

  1. When the User has given prior consent
  2. When required by law
  3. When outsourcing within the scope necessary for Service provision

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

  1. Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.
  2. Electronic files are permanently deleted using irreversible methods.
  3. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Rights may be exercised through Service settings or customer support.

The Company takes the following measures for the safe processing of personal information.

  2. Technical measures: encryption of personal information, access control, security software
  3. Physical measures: server access restrictions

  1. The Service uses cookies for authentication and session management.

  3. Rejecting cookies may limit access to login-required services.

Article 10 (Marketing Communications)

When the User consents to marketing communications, information is sent as follows.

  • Information used: email, push token, service usage records
  • Content: service news and event notices, pet health reminders (vaccination, heartworm season, etc.), new feature introductions
  • Delivery methods: push notifications, email, in-app messages
  • Retention period: until consent is withdrawn
  • Withdrawal: may be withdrawn at any time through Service settings

Marketing consent is optional. Service use is not restricted if consent is not given.
