Terms of Service
Effective date: March 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of WaggleWaggle ("Service"), a pet health management and community service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including pet health records, schedule management, community features, and AI analysis.
- "User" refers to a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Buddy" refers to a pet registered by the User on the Service.
- "Content" refers to all information created by the User within the Service, including text, images, and records.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and will notify Users at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
- Users who do not agree with the amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw their accounts.
Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)
- Users may register through social login (Google, etc.) or email.
- Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
- Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
Article 5 (Use of Service)
- The Service operates 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.
- Users may use the Service for pet health records, schedule management, feed creation, and community activities.
- AI analysis features are for reference only and do not replace medical diagnosis or prescription.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Users must not infringe on others' personal information or interfere with Service operations.
- Users must not post false information or content that harms others.
Article 7 (Content Rights)
- Copyright of content created by Users belongs to the Users.
- The Company may use User content for Service operation, improvement, and promotion purposes.
- The Company may remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
Article 8 (Termination and Withdrawal)
- Users may withdraw at any time through the Service settings.
- Upon withdrawal, personal information and records will be retained for the period required by law and then destroyed.
- The Company may restrict Service use or terminate accounts if Users violate these Terms.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
- Health information obtained through the Service is for reference only and does not replace professional veterinary care.
- The Company does not intervene in or assume liability for disputes between Users.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The court with jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for disputes related to Service use.
