Terms of Service

Effective date: March 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of WaggleWaggle ("Service"), a pet health management and community service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including pet health records, schedule management, community features, and AI analysis.
  2. "User" refers to a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Buddy" refers to a pet registered by the User on the Service.
  4. "Content" refers to all information created by the User within the Service, including text, images, and records.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to Users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and will notify Users at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
  3. Users who do not agree with the amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw their accounts.

Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)

  1. Users may register through social login (Google, etc.) or email.
  2. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

  1. The Service operates 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance.
  2. Users may use the Service for pet health records, schedule management, feed creation, and community activities.
  3. AI analysis features are for reference only and do not replace medical diagnosis or prescription.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
  2. Users must not infringe on others' personal information or interfere with Service operations.
  3. Users must not post false information or content that harms others.

Article 7 (Content Rights)

  1. Copyright of content created by Users belongs to the Users.
  2. The Company may use User content for Service operation, improvement, and promotion purposes.
  3. The Company may remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Article 8 (Termination and Withdrawal)

  1. Users may withdraw at any time through the Service settings.
  2. Upon withdrawal, personal information and records will be retained for the period required by law and then destroyed.
  3. The Company may restrict Service use or terminate accounts if Users violate these Terms.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
  2. Health information obtained through the Service is for reference only and does not replace professional veterinary care.
  3. The Company does not intervene in or assume liability for disputes between Users.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The court with jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for disputes related to Service use.
